These days, ChatGPT is producing some impressive thumbnails. However, there’s still a need for a dedicated thumbnail app—one that could take a video URL, scan the video's existing thumbnail, and generate an enhanced version based on it. Combine that with thumbnail ideas generated from prompts, and you’d have an unbeatable blend of creativity and precision.

Not sure on the complexity but Pikzels is a good example its almost like an additional product that seems to be used by YouTubers like Airrack.

Yes. This would be Great! Thumbnails are even more important than Scripts; as it is the 1st thing that audience sees - even before the Title before of the video.
